Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation or breach of these Terms. If you choose to terminate your account voluntarily, you may do so by discontinuing use of the Service. However, termination—whether initiated by you or us—shall not affect provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, are intended to survive termination. Such provisions include, but are not limited to, ownership rights, intellectual property protections, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.
We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the suspension or termination of your account, regardless of the reason for such action

Cancellation, Reschedule, Late Fee & Refund Terms

The terms specified herein shall govern all cancellation requests and are subject to modification at our discretion.
Please ensure that you review the cancellation terms relevant to your specific product or service before initiating a request, as certain offerings may have unique policies. Continued use of our services signifies acknowledgment and acceptance of these cancellation terms.
Session Definition for Non-Subscription Programs
For non-subscription-based programs, such as STEM camps, the term “session” shall be defined in accordance with the selected booking type:
Weekly Bookings:
Session Start: The date and time marking the beginning of the booked week.
Session End: The date and time marking the conclusion of the booked week.
Daily Bookings:
Session Start: The date and time marking the beginning of the booked day.
Session End: The date and time marking the conclusion of the booked day.
Multiple-Day, Weekly, or Monthly Bookings:
Session Start: The date and time marking the beginning of each individual booked day, week, or month.
Session End: The date and time marking the conclusion of each respective booked day, week, or month.

No refunds, credits, or makeup sessions shall be granted under any circumstances. Once a purchase is made, the associated fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance. While no cancellation fee shall be applied, any forfeited sessions or unused services will not be eligible for reimbursement or rescheduling. |

| Arriving Late by the client | 6-30 Mins | A late fee of $15 shall be assessed for each student per session in which the student arrives late. The fee applies regardless of the duration of the delay and is non-refundable. If the student arrives more than 30 mins late, student can opt for reschedule as per the rescheduling policy terms. If the student cannot reschedule, then it’s considered no-show and no-show policy terms apply. |
| Late Pickup For All Programs | ||
| Late pickup by the client | 1-15 mins and 15+ mins | There is no grace period for student pickup. Students must be picked up at the scheduled time without delay. Late fees will begin accruing exactly one minute past the scheduled pickup time and will be calculated in 15-minute increments. A late fee of $15 will be assessed for each student per session for every 15-minute period beyond the scheduled pickup time. |

| No Show by the client | In the event of a no-show, the full session fee shall be charged, with no refunds or makeup sessions permitted. The reserved time slot shall be deemed forfeited and will not be rescheduled. If the session is designated as a trial or a free session valued at $0, the standard session fee applicable at the time of the no-show shall be charged to the payment method on file. If the client has paid a refundable reservation fee, the fee will be reduced from the regular amount due for the full session. If the client fulfills the trial or the free session, the refundable reservation fee will be refunded to the client. | |
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to amend, modify, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice to any party. Such modifications shall take effect immediately upon posting or upon any other date specified therein. Continued use of our services following the implementation of such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly review these Terms to remain informed of any updates or modifications.
By continuing to access, engage with, or utilize our Service after any revisions, modifications, or amendments to these Terms and Conditions become effective, you affirmatively acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the updated provisions therein. Your continued use shall constitute express acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any changes, modifications, or amendments, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Service. Failure to cease usage shall be deemed continued acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
